Safari cancellation policy
Any safari deposit paid shall be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels and administrative costs as below

| 40-60 days | full refund less 10% administration fee |
| 14-40 days | 20% of the tour price |
| 6-14 days | 30% of the tour price |
| Less than 5 days and no show | no refunds |
Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.
NOTE: After agreement ,we shall send you the company account for Summer Break Vacations Tours and Safaris DO NOT SEND MONEY TO A PERSONAL ACCOUNT.
Reservation: A deposit of 30% will be required through Wire Transfer and the rest of the balance can be paid with Cash or Credit Card the day you start your safari or the day we pick you from the airport.
NOTE: First Deposit will be required through Wire Transfer to our official bank account.
Reservation: Reservation is 30% (US dollars) but if you wish to pay your balance by credit card please note that there will be 4% surcharge which is charged by the bank.
